Broker tips

  • Compare sales in the sector you are targeting rather than the city average: prices vary significantly between La Plaine, Terrebonne and Lachenaie.
  • Near the Rivière des Mille Îles, check the flood zone map before making an offer: Québec’s new regulatory framework has been in effect since March 1, 2026.
  • For an accessory dwelling project, confirm the rules with the urban planning department: they vary by sector, and the City is revising its regulations in 2026.
