There is no metro station in the borough yet. The 141 Jean-Talon Est bus connects Saint-Léonard to the Saint-Michel (blue line) and Honoré-Beaugrand (green line) stations. The blue line extension will add five stations between Saint-Michel and Anjou, three of them on rue Jean-Talon Est, in Saint-Léonard or at its boundary; according to the STM, it is scheduled to open in 2031. To the north, the Saint-Léonard–Montréal-Nord exo station (Mascouche line) leads to Côte-de-Liesse station, where you can take the REM downtown. Highway 40 crosses the borough.
