Source: Centris, Q3 2026 (July to September).
Châteauguay: City of Châteauguay, Q3 2026 (July to September), change compared with the same quarter of 2025. For condos, Centris does not publish a quarterly price due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters. For plexes, the number of sales (22 over four quarters) is too low for Centris to publish a median price. (Centris – Châteauguay statistics)
Saint-Léonard: Borough of Saint-Léonard. Centris does not publish a median price for Q3 2026 due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters, with the change over one year. The plex is the most frequently sold property type in the borough. (Centris – Saint-Léonard statistics)

To reach Montréal, Route 138 leads to the Honoré-Mercier Bridge; an eastbound reserved lane helps avoid part of the congestion on the approach to the bridge.

The blue line extension will add five stations between Saint-Michel and Anjou, three of them on rue Jean-Talon Est, in Saint-Léonard or at its boundary; according to the STM, it is scheduled to open in 2031. To the north, the Saint-Léonard–Montréal-Nord exo station (Mascouche line) leads to Côte-de-Liesse station, where you can take the REM downtown. Highway 40 crosses the borough.
