Pierrefonds-Roxboro: Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Q3 2026 (July to September), change compared with the same quarter of 2025. For condos, Centris does not publish a quarterly price due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters. For plexes, the number of sales (17 over four quarters) is too low for Centris to publish a median price. (Centris – Pierrefonds-Roxboro statistics)
