Pointe-Claire: City of Pointe-Claire, Q3 2026 (July to September), change compared with the same quarter of 2025. Too few plexes sold (4 over four quarters) for a median price to be published. (Centris – Pointe-Claire statistics)
Saint-Léonard: Borough of Saint-Léonard. Centris does not publish a median price for Q3 2026 due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters, with the change over one year. The plex is the most frequently sold property type in the borough. (Centris – Saint-Léonard statistics)
