Source: Centris, Q3 2026 (July to September).
Châteauguay: City of Châteauguay, Q3 2026 (July to September), change compared with the same quarter of 2025. For condos, Centris does not publish a quarterly price due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters. For plexes, the number of sales (22 over four quarters) is too low for Centris to publish a median price. (Centris – Châteauguay statistics)
Terrebonne: Centris statistics by sector (no data published for the city as a whole). Median prices and change compared with the same quarter of 2025. (Centris – Terrebonne sector)
