Brossard: City of Brossard. Median prices and change compared with the same quarter of 2025. Too few plexes sold for a median price to be published (4 sales). (Centris – Brossard statistics)
Pierrefonds-Roxboro: Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Q3 2026 (July to September), change compared with the same quarter of 2025. For condos, Centris does not publish a quarterly price due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters.
