Median price = half of the properties sold for less, the other half for more. The price of a specific property varies.

Source: Centris, Q3 2026 (July to September).
Brossard: City of Brossard. Median prices and change compared with the same quarter of 2025. Too few plexes sold for a median price to be published (4 sales). (Centris – Brossard statistics)
Châteauguay: City of Châteauguay, Q3 2026 (July to September), change compared with the same quarter of 2025. For condos, Centris does not publish a quarterly price due to too few transactions: the figures cover the last four quarters. For plexes, the number of sales (22 over four quarters) is too low for Centris to publish a median price. (Centris – Châteauguay statistics)

Transit

BrossardSince July 2023, the REM has connected the Brossard, Du Quartier and Panama stations to Gare Centrale, downtown, in about 15, 13 and less than 10 minutes respectively. Brossard station has a bus terminus and a large park-and-ride lot. Buses are operated by the Réseau de transport de l’agglomération de Longueuil (RTL). The Samuel-De Champlain Bridge and highways 10 and 30 complete the network.
Châteauguayexo buses leave from the Châteauguay terminus for Angrignon metro station and, at rush hour, for downtown Montréal (Terminus Centre-ville). Highway 30 crosses the city. To reach Montréal, Route 138 leads to the Honoré-Mercier Bridge; an eastbound reserved lane helps avoid part of the congestion on the approach to the bridge.
